Adrian Sweeney
General Manager - Zurich New Zealand
Adrian is the General Manager of Zurich New Zealand, bringing extensive leadership experience across insurance, risk and digital transformation, with a career spanning the USA, Asia Pacific, the UK and Europe.
Throughout his leadership career, Adrian has continued to publicly and privately advocate for women in the workplace, particularly their access to safe, inclusive environments where they can speak up, progress and succeed.
Adrian joins the WIFI Advisory Collective as a strong industry ally, bringing his global leadership experience, perspective and commitment to helping create a better industry for women.
Jodi Sharman
National Business Development Manager Corporate - Gallghers Australia
With more than two decades in insurance, Jodi has built a career around relationships, leadership and giving back to the industry.
From building her own successful brokerage to now leading national business development across Corporate Australia at Gallagher, Jodi brings a wealth of experience across broking, growth and business leadership.
A long-standing industry mentor and the 2026 VIC/TAS NIBA Broker of the Year, Jodi is passionate about supporting the next generation, creating meaningful connections and making a positive impact both within and beyond the insurance industry.
Jodi joins the WIFI Advisory Collective to share her experience, perspective and support as we grow our community across Australia and beyond.
Jenny Bax
Chief Executive Officer - Underwriting Agencies Council | Australia
Jenny is a highly experienced insurance leader with more than 30 years across the general insurance industry, bringing extensive experience in leadership, strategy and industry engagement.
Throughout her career, Jenny has been a strong advocate for developing and supporting others, with a particular passion for mentoring, creating opportunities and helping people build confidence in their careers.
Jenny is also a recognised voice across the Australian insurance community and has been actively involved in initiatives supporting women and emerging industry talent.
Jenny joins the WIFI Advisory Collective to bring her experience, perspective and passion for creating a more connected and supportive industry for the next generation.
Tracey is an experienced marketing and client experience professional, bringing a strong background in relationship building, brand, communications and creating meaningful client experiences.
Working within one of New Zealand’s leading professional services firms, Tracey brings a valuable perspective from beyond the insurance industry and a passion for connecting people, building communities and creating experiences that bring people together.
Tracey joins the WIFI Advisory Collective to share her experience across marketing, client engagement and professional services, helping WIFI continue to build a community that connects women across finance, insurance and the wider industry.
Bryce is a New Zealand born insurance and relationship leader based in London, with a career spanning law, insurance, business development and commercial real estate.
Alongside his role at Marsh, Bryce has been a driving force behind professional communities connecting Kiwis in the UK, including co founding Kiwis & Insurance UK and his ongoing involvement with Kiwis in Property.
Passionate about bringing people together, creating genuine connections and helping others build their careers and networks, Bryce joins the WIFI Advisory Collective to share his experience in community building, industry relationships and the London market as WIFI continues to grow internationally.
